Ah, the beauties of DMCA exemptions. The Internet Archive has one and has used it to make available over forty gibibytes (2^30 bytes) of classic games from the twentieth century including, I am told, SEGA Saturn games. But that many bytes represents a lot of games to comb through so I can't say for sure.
Even better, you don't need to play hunt-and-seek with emulators, as the Internet Archive is providing a JavaScript-based port of MESS/MAME called JMESS to run in your Web browsers to try out any of the software. It's not flawless, but it gives you a good idea if you want to download the game to try it on a more full-fledged emulator.
Speaking of consoles, how about a small sampling from some of the systems included? Highlights include the Atari 2600, Atari 7800 ProSystem, ColecoVision, Magnavox Odyssey 2, Astrocade, SEGA SG-1000, and Emerson Arcadia. Game highlights include Girl's Garden by Yuji Naka and even Jr. Pac-Man. Get your Pac on!
