Like others said, I say don't stack the consoles. One reason being the weight, another being the heat buildup of the systems being in such a close proximity. Worse case scenario you could just leave out the console you want to play and hook up something else when you want to switch. I have my 360 and PS3 on the two shelves of my little entertainment center and when I want to play something else I just hook it up and leave it plugged in until I'm done with whatever I wanted to play and put the system away.
