Description: The Power Module was a Supercharger-like device that was to contain its own microprocessor along with an extra 6K of RAM. Games were planned to be loaded via "Power-Play" game cassettes, and a modem port allowed 2 players to connect directly to each other over the phone line for interactive play. It also included a "unique programming procedure" that allowed for 3-D games. Other features included expanded sound capabilities and more complex graphics. Planned to be packaged with two games: 3-D Ghost Attack and Depth Charge. Retail price of the Module was to be $45, with the cassettes $10 each. The Power Module never made it to the prototype stage, and development was dropped in favor of the Power-Play Arcade carts.
