Though we don't have the whole story as to why this is the case, we've now confirmed (Will Berdan) by opening a sealed "Make-a-Face" that the contents are in fact instructions and cartridge marked "Facemaker". If you have the Make-a-Face box, you've got something pretty rare (we'd call it an R9) that the hardcore ColecoVision collector would be interested in.
