Santulli Slant: This game tries so hard to be what Alone In the Dark was... a 3D cinematic gem at the foundation of the survival horror genre. Well, it's not. It's a little creepy alright, but that's more a product of the bizarre plot and graphics. Another thing, there are more cheap deaths in this game than any other of its ilk before or since.
