About the Gathering

For those of you in the NY/NJ/CT/PA/DE vicinity:

It's time for another get together!

Digital Press and Video Game Connections are hosting the North Atlantic Videogame Aficionados (NAVA) meeting, which has been running in the NJ area since 1995. This event has subsequently grown to become the center of activity among classic videogame enthusiasts in the Tri-State region.

There are always lots of games for trade and sale, and everyone is invited to bring carts/systems for those purposes, as well as to show off really neat stuff.

What Goes On?:

• Classic and/or modern systems will be set-up and available for playing.

• Vintage, sometimes rare and prototype items for trade and show.

• Internet Gaming Center open for team play.

• Classic Arcade Cabinets running all day.

• Don't miss the 6pm tournament!

• Joe Santulli - The store owner of the current NAVA location, editor of Digital Press, co-organizer of Classic Gaming Expo and former staff writer for Tips & Tricks Magazine.

• Al Backiel - Senior Writer for Digital Press and Editor-in-Chief of the long-running Atari 2600 Connection.

• Scott Stilphen - Digital Press' "The Easter Egg Punk", the man responsible for compiling the largest Easter Egg compendium for classic gamers!

The store has also been visited by notable gaming personalities like Dan and Garry Kitchen (game designers from as far back as the Atari 2600 days), The Angry Video Game Nerd, and Captain S.

Best of all, there's no admission fee!

Mark the date down on your calendar and come on down to our North Atlantic Videogame Aficionados gathering!

The day goes from 12 noon until 12 midnight, though things pick up around 3, are busiest at 6 when the tournaments generally run, and wind down at 9.
