Activision LEAGUE OF LIGHT Cartridge Instructions (For 1 Player) League of Light by Russ Lieblich was never released. Also, as far as we know, it was never fully documented. So we can get you started with the basic instructions for the game, but as you play you will likely discover more features. Have fun! INSTRUCTIONS The game has two parts: The light corridor. You are aimed down a corridor made up of vertical beams. The end of the corridor bends around in eight directions. Using the disc, you must steer with the corridor (it starts bending left, you press to the left). A tan rectangle at the end of the corridor shows the direction you are pressing on the disc. Successfully navigate the corridor and you go to the next part. Music memory game. The computer plays musical notes that correspond to positions on the controller keypad. You then have to play back the notes in order. The faster youplay them back, the more points you get. Miss one and the computer will replay the remaining notes, giving you another chance to get them right (at fewer points). Second miss and you lose a life and get no points for the round. At higher levels, the computer plays the notes but does NOT show you the corresponding keys on the keypad. After you complete the round, you go back to the corridor. Between each part of the game is a score screen, made up of randomly flashing colored squares. At the upper left of this screen is the number of lives you have left. At lower left is the level you are on. At lower right is your score. Whenever you are on this screen, hit the disc to go to the next part of the game. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ©1983 Activision, Inc.
