Default Craiglist finally adds video game section!

I'm assuming a lot of people here use Craiglist. I'm assuming everyone here has gets annoyed looking in games/toys and electronics to find games. Well now it seems Craiglist has redone the categories to include a video game section and thankfully people are noticing. Hopefully this will make game shopping much easier.

All I saw was "Craigslist finally adds video..." and I feared for the personals section.

nice. I just listed a few things yesterday under "toys/games" about time it got its own section. I notice they might be charging to list things soon. A "Checkout" screen popped up for me when I listed this weekend. It was for $0 but still a checkout screen.

I saw this last night too- and it's about time. I know they charge for specific types ads in certain areas, but I hope it doesn't become widespread.

I just do a quik search for "game" and "games" in all for sale. I know I probably miss a few things but this covers like 99% of the ads. Hmm, now ill have to check this section specifically right before free and the jobs.

Old news, but don't forget that eBay does not completely overlook them:

"Q: Is there a connection between craigslist and eBay?
A: eBay acquired 25% of the equity in craigslist from a former shareholder in august of 2004."

Well it's news to me. I never would have known this unless you would have said something. Let's hope that eBay continues as it has, in regards to Craigslist.

Expect a mass exodus if they start charging for most ads on Craigslist. As it is, the only ads that have to be paid for are people posting Jobs.

Yeah, I've already seen one person post it in the wrong place. Just keep flagging as miscategorized so that people realize where to post.

I don't bother flagging those myself as I typically flag the jerkoffs who try to sell burned games.
