You should buy Rosie o donnells pie eating tournament for cdi, Its a very good game
Honestly I've seen almost as many 'demo discs' as I have regular releases in the wild. I've got a bunch of them myself, including Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon. Maybe they've shown up in my area for a reason. I don't know if Philips had an office in this area that dealt with CD-i stuff in the past. Sadly, only the Zelda title is a game, all the rest of the demos I have are educational stuff, like learning how to play the guitar or art appreciation.

You're thinking of omnedon.

I watched some of his videos before. He reviewed The Apprentice and it actually looks pretty good, it almost makes me want to get a system for that game. That was the only positive review that I remember watching, all the other videos I've seen have the game come across as horrible(like a sub par port of Micro Machines or The 7th Guest missing some puzzles, etc).
Ah, I see you like the obscure.

! Well I am not looking to be a "BIG SHOT COLLECTOR" I just enjoy collecting period, good and bad, I plan on getting more consoles I am sure to despise but I need to verify for myself. I enjoy experiencing systems I never did before, that is all. If I get to the point where I am like "OH THIS REALLY SUCKS and has no redeeming value" then I turn around and trade or sell it and move onto the next system I will love or despise ! Keep it in circulation and hopefully they find their way to somebody who appreciates them more.......
Also, I realize about the "original" OSG here, it was a name I used on many forums before coming here and adjusted it just enough to be used here, it HAS caused some confusion in the past, for example when I started my REFS thread someone praised me up and down thinking I was the other OSG I corrected them as I wanted to build my own refs, which is cool, I have no issue with that, I just like to clear things up so I am not confused with someone else To be honest, given the chance I would do it over and sign up as MaximumRD (I go by that more these days) I just don't want to lose my posts and history I have built up here from scratch. I am just doing what I enjoy, having fun and sharing as I am sure many here can relate too..........

I've had a CDI for years, but I have no software for it. I bought it from a lady at a fleamarket who thought it was a regular CD player for, I think, 10 bucks. I keep meaning to get some games to try out on it but never get around to it.
The Apprentice is a Must own!
The main problem with the system is that almost no developers tried to push the machine. The few fast action games play pretty well, and look as good as any SNES/Genesis game of the time. The Apprentice could compete pretty well.
But, most of the games weren't programmed/designed very well.
