Well, before this toy thread fades away, I thought I'd try to gather as many of my electronic toys together and take a few pictures. I still couldn't find them all, sadly. It's late, and I don't want to dig through dangerously wobbly stacks of storage tubs and general piles of junk. So this is the easiest stuff to reach. I know I've got other football handhelds, and a Luxor tabletop Scrabble spin-off game. I just don't know where I put them.

And yes, I know that I should have dusted off the Big Trak first. The flash makes the dust layer look so much worse.

I didn't include a lot of stuff, like my Tomy Atomic Arcade or my Super Mario Bros. pinball game. I consider those more toys than electronics.

Nice. Looks like the Coleco Total Control you got from me at OVGE has found some friends.

They aren't electronic, but they're still cool little handhelds from the '70s. I bought two packaged Tomy Pocket Games today (as mentioned in the Thrift Finds thread). Pocket Poker and Sentence Nonsense. I'm pretty sure I knew a kid who had the Pocket Poker one, although I never figured out how to play it. And I can't explain why the price tag on them say "cheese". Unless they're acknowledging the inherent cheesiness in these things, but I don't think the flea market stand owners are that meta.

That is an amazing looking handheld. Hadn't heard of it, good find.

Weirdly enough, the whole box is in Japanese, but the bottom of the box is English text and instructions.

At some point today I plan on sorting through a bunch of my disorganized stuff, putting it in a bunch of storage tubs I picked up yesterday, and sorting everything by category (console games, handhelds, controllers, etc.). Hopefully I'll find some more of my wayward handhelds for another group photo.

I never collected a lot of electronic toys when I was a kid, but I'm starting to collect a few! I have a weird-looking Sailor Moon wand that lights up (probably a bootleg), a Japanese D-arc Digivice, and a Japanese Pokedex and Pokegear from Pokemon G/S.

I remember my cousin had an Armatron (completely forgot about it until I saw the picture!) Another cousin had a Tiger LCD game of NiGHTS Into Dreams - he sold it to someone a while back, which was sad because I was going to ask him if I could have it! If I ever find one, I'd get it immediately!

I had Robbie, Armatron, and a Matel football handheld goos stuff. Although Armatron never worked right and ended up only going up and down? Anyway I also remember having a watch that played a Mario game where you moved up a road. It was the good old black outlines on a solid background type.
