    Default Arcade Amplifier - Qsound

I have a CPS-2 system and I would like to be able to use the Qsound feature. Does anyone know of a small, cheap stereo amplifier that can be modified for this use. Or better yet, what kind of amp was used in the original Qsound Cabs. I could build a small amp, but the sound quality is usally iffy with a 741 or 386 amp and I was looking for something nicer. Thanks in advance.

Just as a side note to this...For a good arcade Amp for Qsound and such...Get an old pair of powered Computer Speakers, and rip the amp out of that. It runs of 12VDC and if you get a decent set of computer speakers, i.e Good Will. It can make a great amp for a cab.

BTW I would still love any info on the actual Qsound Amp if anyone has it.
