The game(s) were released/programmed by Christopher Tumber Capital S Software - neither of which has a website anymore, it appears.
But here ya go - this site is advertising they have it in stock for $45

Still Around...Still Gamin'...
Oooh, nice on the URL. I may snag one of those myself.
Yeah.. I am just waiting to hear back from them. I thought maybe there was somewhere else to get one. I hope they still have them.
I was in contact with Chris a few months ago. At the time he indicated that he could still make the games for the Vectrex. His prices were pretty cheap if I remember correctly. If you can get in touch with him you might be able to buy it cheaper. He is in Canada and he is a little slow to ship but he will deliver.
Could you forward me his contact info?Originally Posted by mcgrail0007@netzero.net
i think he sells the game for like $ 25
i have it, but i dont particularly enjoy playing it... and i really enjoy tempest and qix.
take that for what it's worth- just my opinion

I would not have the slightest clue how to get ahold of him. I am in Canada too. He is in Ottawa? I am pretty close to there.
So can anyone say whether this is worth getting? I thought that a vectorized Tempest on the Vectrex would be tres cool so this is why I am looking for it. There was a guy who had a JAVA arcade emulator w/ Tempest (as well as a bunch of other vector games) on it and I used to play that all of the time. He shut his site down in March, 2004. Oh well.
If it's a full game, I'd certainly pay $25 for that cart....
Did you happen to get his contact info?
IMO, the games are both fun, although I like tsunami better than vix. If you download the ROMs, you can play them in MESS.Originally Posted by birdie3
