Default SMS Scramble Spirits, possibly released in the USA?

    Hi!

I would like to find out if other USA SMS collectors have seen Scramble Spirits in the USA. I know Sega of America released three import titles at the very end of the SMS's lifespan (Spiderman, Strider, and Sonic) and they are considered part of the USA releases. Should this one be added to the official list?

I've found three different copies of Scramble Spirits in Texas (all with import packaging):

    Copy #1
Video Game Liquidators in 1989, San Marcos factory outlet, Texas.
I saw a copy of the game on shelf along with SMS 2 units and a few other games (Paperboy was among them). I walked away with Vigilante and Cloud Master.

    Copy #2
Used game shop on 05-21-98, Austin Texas.
I found this one about a year into collecting for the SMS and I purchased it! It was my first import title!

    Copy #3
    Goodwill, 08-05-01, Austin Texas.
Another copy! I bought it and sold it to a fellow SMS collector in a package deal.

    ifkz!

I doubt it. It's not shown, discussed, or advertised in any of the late SMS issues of Visions (whereas all of the legitimate late SMS games were, including Power Strike).

Also, finding mutiple import SMS games locally just happens every once in awhile. I found two copies of Lemmings for SMS within a 50 mile radius of my home, and it's hard to find ANY SMS games around here! I chalk it up to a freak occurrence.

There's a good chance it was released in Canada, and therefore not impossible to find stateside.

Power Strike doesn't seem like an R7 here in Canada. I've found 3 in the wild.

A good collector friend of mine found this game at an Orlando, FL flea market for $1 among US-released titles. (complete)
