Anyone ever seen it? Tons of gaming-related jokes (Adventures of Link Sausage? Come on!), actual footage from games, etc.
Pretty awesome.

Pretty awesome.
That was pretty interesting, even the Sega Master System and Turbografx 16 were represented. Keith Courage in Alpha Zones at 10:00!
It was interesting to revisit as an adult. There is a lot there that I obviously didn't get as a kid. I just remember being excited to see videogames in anything mainstream. It was the same way I was with The Wizard, Captain N, etc.
Pretty cool stuff. I didn't notice Keith Courage on the first watch. Good eye! And Fantasy Zone, was it?
I remember seeing this episode when I was a kid, and I was all excited to see it. I'll have to re-watch it when I get the chance.
The theme of Muppet Babies was kind of to do a Walter Mitty take on popular culture. Great show.

Wow I haven't watched Muppet Babies in forever. I was reminded that I can't stand Piggy but baby Animal is adorable.
That's pretty much it. When I was like 5, though, and had no concept of "pop culture", I thought it was the absolute coolest thing in the world to see real games on TV. Finding this episode, I've realized just how sharp Muppet Babies actually was, which obviously went over my head at a much younger age.
I have no recollection of this at all, and I was quite enraptured by Muppet Babies back in the day.

Same here. I watched it consistently, but don't recall this one.
I watched the show a lot when I was little, I didn't remember seeing this episode. It was still good but I remembered the show being better back then, probably because I was a kid at the time.
Blimey. Never heard of the Muppet Babies. The voices are like nails on a blackboard.
Unsurprisingly, this is the only episode of that damn show that I can remember. I've tried to block much of that show out of my head over the years. Nick Jr. ran it into the ground when I was a child more than Cartoon Network ran both Thundercats and The Iron Giant into the ground years later.
I'm with you - I was a major Muppet Babies fan as a kid, but this episode was the only one that truly stuck with me and still remains a vivid memory. I was super stoked about the Fantasy Zone reference at the time, thinking how cool it was they were doing a video game related episode and as has been said, referencing real games.

That was hilarious.
The "Mighty Mat." Scary that all the technology needed for DDR was around by the late 1980s...
Why would you want to "block" this show out? The Muppet Babies was a highly intelligent show for young children, stressing imagination, creativity, individualism, morality... the list goes on. You must not have kids.
I wish even a smidgeon of current children's programming were half as well done as the Muppet Babies.
I used to be addicted to this show as a kid but after watching this episode I could barely finish it thanks to how annoying their voices are. Man, its funny how your taste can change in animation as you get older, this show just doesn't hold up anymore for me...
