the mod Nat talked directly to the site owner. From what was said "restructuring" is fixing the security loopholes that were used to take the site down, etc. Someone more knowledgeable on the tech could answer better I'm sure.

Dunno,some body all ways has a grudge towards a site then it get's hacked etc so idk.Hmm who knows how long befor pcefx is up again
