Far as I understand it, it's only available on PS3 in Japan and Asia, and an English edition is coming to Asia, but it isn't coming out domestically for the PS3. And the Asia English edition is something like $65 or $70 versus the $20 for the US Xbox one. I broke down and grabbed it for Xbox today
