My choice would be The Rocketeer. Or Gunforce. No, I'll stick with The Rocketeer.
It's Drakkhen and far from unplayable. One of my favorites.Only because I actually spent a good amount of time trying to play it even though I knew from the beginning it was unplayable and absolutely horrendous:
