Default Castlevania SOTN "Greatest Hits", what is the diff

OK, so it's been a few years since I owned a PSX or PS2 and my buddy gave me a PSX. I am looking for some games to pick up and want to get Castlevania SOTN because I used to love this game. All the ones on ebay say "Greatest Hits". Is this any different than the original SOTN? Better? Worse?

    Thanks!

Besides packaging and disc art there is no difference. Collectors (like myself)usually prefer the original version with the black spine and cover. If you only care about the game then the GH version will be fine for you.

Also, in some of the non-GH discs, there's a bug that lets you go outside the castle, and get more than usual max of 200% of the castle. (like an extra 15%)

    The GH versions are ugly.

    (Seriously, neon green? Blech.)

Actually, hardcore folk at GameFAQs are up to 348%. :)

Needless to say, they found some pretty extensive glitching methods.

Is not the part where you go in the confession booth in SOTN one of the weirdest surprises ever?

    Shameless plug here:

I have a copy of the NON-greatest hits SOTN for PSX for sale or trade.

    Excellent condition, complete.

    Sorry - carry on.
