If you buy a used console, computer or arcade board from the late 80's or earlier, you will often find that it is caked in dust. Thick, dirty dust that covers every chip and component. The dust could seriously shorten the life of the board components if it is not removed. Its so dirty and dusty that you wish you could put the PCB in the dishwasher to get rid of it all.
