Hard Hat for ColecoVision?

While I know CollectorVision games (which, BTW, today owns the Exidy trademark) is planning a port of Hard Hat for the ColecoVision, I cannot help wondering if Coleco had actually planned to port this Exidy game for said console in 1983 alongside Pepper II and Victory.

Why? Hard Hat and Pepper II, like Mouse Trap and Venture, share many sound effects. In fact, both Hard Hat and Pepper II share the same "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah" melody that plays when you successfully complete a board (spelling E-X-I-D-Y, H-A-R-D-H-A-T, S-U-C-C-E-S-S, I-S, D-U-E, T-O, Y-O-U and P-L-A-Y-E-R-S in the former, and completing a single maze in the latter).
