Slim PS2 will not power Up

I tried a new adapter and still nothing, perhaps I need to change a fuse or something. Can anyone help

do they just pop off, or are they soldered on, any clue on which one I should check

They are soldered on.

Just check them all with a meter. They will all be closed and if ones blown it will be opened.

Closed = 0 resistance

Open = inifinite resistance

Just in case.
