When you are at the "Game Rooms" title page, the nice looking arcade setup with all the games... darkly lit - looks like a real arcade? I couldn't click directly on it, and I don't have the time to dig thru all those pages.

Same here. I was sure that I remember seeing that somewhere.
I actually went through and checked all 28 pages of the Room of Doom pages to find nothing like that.
The only light I could see to find it was that the other 5 pictures on the front page have people's handles as the name of the photo.
For example,
the first picture is Joe's, picture named: dp1sm
the third picture is Captain Yashiro's (Kroogah's), picture named: yashiro3sm
the fouth picture is Achika's, picture named: achika2sm
....and so on.

The picture you are asking about seems to belong to somebody named "pulliam", but I have no idea who that is.

Have you checked the original user gallery? I imagine if anywhere, it'll be in there.
