It looks fantastic, but its just hard to get excited about it. If they can somehow create a control scheme that suits the PSP well, then oh hell yes, but from past attempts with 3rd Person games...

We'll see obviously, and making early judgements based on 3 friggen screenshots is stupid.

It sure looks purdy though.

Awesome. I pray to god the early hype is on and this proves to be a return to form for the series. As crazy as it sounds, for games that are released cross-platform including the PSP I always opt for the PSP version. I'll sacrifice a bit of graphical quality for the luxury of playing it on the go.

Which version of Tomb Raider is this? Which game? Is this a PSP version of that new game that is supposed to come out, or is it a previous Tomb Raider game ported to the PSP?


Reason I ask, is because it would be cool if they just ported over the original Tomb Raider to the PSP.

That really looks like a re-make of the original Tomb Raider, which would be fucking awsome. That was really the only game in the series that I enjoyed, hopefully they won't mess this one up.

Reason I ask, is because it would be cool if they just ported over the original Tomb Raider to the PSP.

I assume it's Tomb Raider Legend, which is due out in April for PS2/Xbox and probably a month later or more on 360/PSP. It's been getting suprisingly good preview impressions thus far.

I too really hope it is a true return to form for the series, could be a very excellent game if the do it correctly.
