Mugen is a system where you can add sprite rips from any fighting games, and design the moves yourself.
I dabbled in it for awhile, adding characters from obscure games like Waku Waku 7 or that Mega Man Power Battles game, but I got bored with it because they were constantly updating it, and then I'd have to revise all my characters. I tell ya though, if someone ported it to dreamcast, I'd be all over that project again.

I just thought it was amusing to observe all to the different graphical styles shoe-horned into the same 'game.'
It'd be interesting to see if someone could use 2600 characters (right down to old style low res image) and shoehorn those in Mugen.

That's an interesting looking fighting game. I'm surprised I've never heard of it.
My god, it's like the fighting version of Old Country Buffet. A little bit of everything, and I'll bet the quality is just as shitty!
