Ok, so i bought an NES off a friend. It's blinky, so i need to buy a replacement connector. And i still need to buy a bit to get into the cart, anybody know where i can get one?

You don't need a replacement connector, just put some butter on the ones you got with a tiny brush. The connection will be perfect - and, if you happen to use them to bake a cake, the dough won't get stuck.

Alright, i got the tool to open the stupid cart. The board inside is cracked in half, it looks a lot like the one in paul's picture, but i can't tell if it's the same one or not. It wouldn't really take much to snap a different cart in half.

The chips inside are in fact UV eproms, but since the board was cracked, i can't do much with them. I'm sending them to a friend to dump for me.
