Every week there are great games ending at super lows. You have to watch everyone of them to get a really good deal. Personally, I watch and watch, wait and wait. But I don't need Earthbound as I already have one. Watch for ones that end on a weekday, in the afternoon while most people are at work or at school. That's when I get the best deals. When I posted that auction in this forum there was an auction that was already at 36 bucks with a while to go. I've seen loose copies go for over 50 bucks though. Recently, I got a loose Final Fight Guy for 11 bucks on Ebay, but I've seen a lot go for 20-30 range. Got to catch'em while thier sleeping.
