Fake sadly. Someone put a list together and it's spread like wildfire!
If this were real, it would mean that the only Hudson game Nintendo licensed for the Rev is Nuts & Milk, which would be hilarious.
I really doubt it's real. It has things like this:
Flintstones: The Rescue of Dino and Hoppy
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (Taito)
NCAA Basketball
Kobe Bryant in NBA Courtside
That would all require getting licensing for them again -- I'm guessing that the licenses weren't written to give Nintendo the rights to give away such products for emulation purposes, and while you could license some of these games from Taito or whatever, licensing the Flintstones, Indiana Jones, the NCAA and the NBA just seems crazy for old games.

In addition to the licenses that would need to be renewed, there's also the fact that numerous N64 games on that list were never even completed. Supposedly it's a list of all the games Nintendo published, not an actual list of games to be on Revolution, but even then it doesn't explain the presence of games that never finished development. Extremely fishy.
