Default GameBoy Player for Cube or XboyAdvance for XBOX ?

My question, basically is this. For those of you that have tried various Game Boy Advance emulators, as well as the actual GameBoy Player for the GameCube, which do you prefer?

Now, if your prefrence is based on the fact that you use the GameBoy Player on a TV, and you use the GBA emulators on a computer, well disregard that. I can either go with XboyAdvance on my XBOX, or hook my PC up to an actual TV, so that isn't a consideration for me.

Mainly what I'm wondering is.... Does the GameBoy Player run the games perfectly? Just like they are on a actual GBA? Sometimes the various emulators don't exactly run the games perfectly.

Usually they run them pretty damn good, but sometimes they are kinda sketchy.

The other thing that kinda bothers me about the GBA player is the border around the screen area. I'm not sure why they need to do that, considering the emulators don't need to do that.

I personally can do all 3, and I prefer the Xboy Advance emulator. It emulates perfectly, as far as I can tell, you can switch games much faster, save games if needed, get screenshots and make a favorites list, and even use those different graphics enhancing engines if you want.

Plus, no border. I generally think that the player for the Gamecube is kind of clunky. I don't like the menus, etc...

Yeah, the Player is a nice accessory but Xboy does a great job. You can do all the stuff Cirrus said, and you can adjust the screen to any size you want, plus it runs in 1080i.

The GB player does run the games perfectly, but I don't really like to use it as it adds a 'blurry' effect to the games, even if you use the smaller screen size option... this is because even with the 'normal' screen size, the GB resolution is still doubled. Still, the advantage of the GB player vs. using an emulator is that you can play a game for a while on your GBA when you're on the road or whatever, and then continue your save on your TV at home.

edit - oh yeah, AFAIK the GB player is not an emulator -- it has the same hardware inside as the actual GBA does.
