Best Emulators for MAME Cabinets

I am currently upgrading my MAME Cabinet to play Atari 2600 ROMs, NES ROMs, and a bunch of other systems. My difficulty so far has been finding emulators that (A) take command line arguments, and (B) have configurable keys, so that I can set them up to run with the same buttons that MAME and my I-Pac use. Does anyone have a list of MAME Cabinet-friendly emulators?

So far I have:

Atari 2600 - Z26 (?)
NES: fceultra

Genesis
SNES
C64
?

I don't know if they accept command line arguements, but the best emulators in my opinion are Gens for the Genny and ZSNES for SNES.
