Trying to get some N64 games, boxes and manuals

Alright guys, just trying to get all my Nintendo 64 games in complete manner, I'm getting there but still have a bit of work to do; so please, help me! I'd really like to get these in a pair, both the box and manual, I hate to be so picky but they must be in excellent condition, as well as no player's choice titles. The games must also include all original contents, such as the white insert, and preferablly the ads and other random papers.

Banjo-Tooie
Have game, need everything else.

Donkey Kong 64
Have game, need everything else.

Excitebike 64
Have game, need everything else.

Kirby 64
Have game, need everything else.

Mario Golf
Need the game, box and manual.

Mario Kart 64
Have game, need everything else.

Mario Party
Need game, box and manual.

Mario Tennis
Have game, need everything else.

Paper Mario
Need the game, box and manual.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Have game, and have worn beat up box and manual, could be fine with just the manual, but would like another box as well.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Just need the Gold cartridge.
