JOLLYfest takes place on Saturday 2nd October.
A celebration of all things Retro and Imported - PAL PS2's need not apply.
JOLLYfest will be biggest, noisiest diehard hardcore gaming fest this side of the Atlantic; this time we've cut out the middle man and decided to hold it in a bar where even the fruit machine's a PacMan game.
The venue's booked, guests are being signed up, and machines you've never even seen before will be there for you to check out. Think Vectrex, Colecovision, PCFX, Japanese Saturn and more.
Competions? No problem - Will Saturn Bomberman, 16 Player Halo, Warlords and Wario Ware do?
Bring along your stuff to swap, get a trade table, sell some stuff you can't eBay, swap for something you've always wanted, take home something nice - Game collecting how it used to be.
Have a few beers with people who create games, write about them, collect them or hell, even play them occasionally.
Chill out and watch some classic gaming shows and documentaries over a pint, a short or whatever you fancy.
It'll be fun, it'll be exciting and if you get fed up walk over the road and visit the birthplace of computing in Bletchley Park.
JOLLYfest @ The Railwayman’s Club, Bletchley, Buckinghamshire - Saturday October 2nd 2004, 11am to 6pm. 30 seconds walk from Bletchley train station, and plenty of free parking for those who want to drive - Tickets on door £5.
