Not really a direct find for me, but my sister lives in japan and she found this shop that has a lot of saturn games. I sent her a list and she picked up sonic jam(jp), and guardian heroes(jp) for 20 bucks ....AND she's even translating the instructions for GH for me!
.....Now all i have to do is wait for the pakage
The Monarch: Hey, guess what? Nobody cares who would win in a crazy fantasy fist-fight between Anne Frank and Lizzie Borden. We never should have brought the henchmen. We're going to be the only ones there with henchmen!

Went to eb last night to get some free promo stuff. Ended up getting tmnt 2 (nes) and mercs (genesis) with a buy one get one deal. Ended up being 10 buck, not that much of a steal but good none the less.
Third time i had to buy a copy of tmnt 2.

BIG!! Weekend of yard sales for me... it was almost rainy so we were thinking of just skipping this week. But we decided to go anyway and it was a huge haul for me. I usually don't find anything but a few NES carts, Genesis systems and the occasional SNES or PSX item. But that doesn't deter my trying... (and if I could get someone to tell me where the good flea markets are in the MA area I'd probably hit those a couple times a year... but as it stands, it's yard sales mostly).
Anyway, the only Atari related stuff I've found in 2 YEARS of searching in the wild has been 3 boxed Atari games (Warlords international version, Space Invaders and Pac Man) and a Gemini system with all hookups and those 2 funky controllers.
But this weekend it all changed! My very first stop was a neighborhood yard sale - the last guy on the block had a stack of 2 atari's (4 switch and 6 switch - more on the latter later) and a dozen carts plus some controllers (2 joysticks, 1 set of paddles). It was DUSTY as all heck, but that didn't deter me from asking. He wanted $3 for ALL of it - wasn't sure if it worked. That same guy had a super grimy Dreamcast and steering controller marked at $8 with 2 controllers and 8 games (7 of which I didn't have - most have scratches but all played). I gave him $10 for the lot and he was pleased and I was uber pleased! There was a guy behind me asking the guy if that was all the Atari stuff he had... I hope it wasn't one of you fine folk. To think, I could have missed this by seconds...
I figured that would be the end of it... my karma used for the year. But later that morning I came across another garage sale and the lady was nice enough to talk to me. She was practically giving away most of the stuff she had - just wanted to clean mostly and get it out of the house and garage. I was about to leave when I decided to ask her if she had any old video game stuff... she said she thought she did so we dug through her garage and found an Atari 2600 (4 switch) inside an organizer so it was dust free and about 30 games (including 8 I didn't have and 2 that were in better condition that ones in my collection). She said to take it, I gave her $10. On my way out, she yelled after me and her husband came out with an Atari 800XL, printer, disk drive and tape drive with hookups. They gave that to me but thought it didn't work right when they last set it up (turns out it has memory problems, but I sold it cheap with drives for spare parts to recoup my $10).
When I got home I realized that the 6 switch was a true Sunnyvale heavy sixer!
Other than one joystick, and about 6 hours of dusting and cleaning, everything worked!
