I'm going to defend Lagoon here. I played that game when it first came out, and really liked it. Yes, it's kinda dated now, but the gameplay was fun, the graphics were good for the time, and the music is GREAT. I still listen to it to this day.

Drakken was a fun game as well, but I can see how you can get confused on what to do without a walkthrough. I think the PC version was better -- the game was a port.

And Batman Returns by Konami was a fun game as well -- good action and very nice music.

I'm going to say Populus was a bad game. Bleh! LOUSY port when compared to the original PC game.

Actraiser 2 was a huge disapoinment after the classic that the first one was.

I thought Y's 3 was pretty average as well.

I thought Super Mario Kart was an okay game. I wouldn't put it in my personal top 10 or even top 20 games of all time, but it would be somewhere in the top 50 (though it would be in my top 20 SNES games). I think it was an innovative game but imo it's gotten a bit dated. Mario Kart 64 was a lot better to me; in fact, it's my favorite racing game of all time.

Back on the main topic, another horrible SNES game is Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Eye Of The Beholder. It's a point and click game that's very slow and boring.

Drakken is pretty bad too. I had it back in the day, and after giving it an hour, I didn't get that far, and the game never gave me any interest towards trying.

Hmm. Nary a mention of Bebe's Kids?

(Oh, no, there it is. Never mind.)

There's ALWAYS going to be arguments of SMK vs MK64... very few people seem to like both, you seem to be either one or the other :P

Most people I know prefer SMK, mainly because of complaints the weapons system was too unbalanced in MK64 and didn't rely more on actual driving skill (until you try doing the shortcuts!).

Skuljagger's Revenge is horrid. I played it in the past and it sucked, but yesterday I was bored and gave it a second try I made it to level 2 and was so tired of it and quit the game is so cheesy and the scrolling is so choppy. This game is just aweful. Any one agree?
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

I used to love Rival Turf! I had the import Super Famicom version of it. It was called Rush N' Beat and it included 8 megs instead of the 4 that was in the american one.

And the Sega Genesis version of Captain American and The Avengers is light years better than the Super Nintendo one and much more true to the arcade. After all, thats what sega was known for.

I can't believe that some people say that Mario Kart is bad. Batman Returns rocks for SNES, so idk what some of you are talking about.

Games that really sucked on SNES:

    Toys
    Rocketeer
    Hook

These games are so hard that it caused me to hate them.

Battletoads and Double Dragon suckz..AND they messed up on Billy and Jimmy. I thought Billy had brown hair and Jimmy had blonde.

Top Gear and Battletoads/ Double Dragon are classics and stand the test of time. As for crap titles, tack these to the list:

    Batman Forever
    Krusty's Super Funhouse
    Warlock
    Lawnmower Man

Someone put Top Gear 3000. I liked that game.

Has anyone finished Barts nightmare without any cheats or anything?
    Man this game is tough.

Any Top Gear game is good.

One of my friends beat Bart's Nightmare back in the day. I don't know whether he used cheats or not, though.

And imo, the first Top Gear and Top Gear 3000 are good games, 3000 being my favorite of the series, but I couldn't get into Top Gear 2, since it has awful control options.

You didn't like the groove that appeared on your thumb after pressing the X button for so long?

Well, I'm used to using the B button for acceleration on SNES racing games, and X is too awkward. There is a control option that allows you to use the B button, but you have to use L and R to turn instead of left and right on the d-pad! What were they smoking when they thought that up?

I'm going to defend Micro Machines and Buster Busts Loose! (TTA) here.

I admit that I haven't played MM on SNES, but if it's anything like the NES version it should be fun. And Buster Busts Loose is a great and fun underrated platform game.

The Stargate game is one of the worst I have played for the SNES.
Rarest games in collection: (R8) Chavez II for SNES / (R7) Star Gunner (Telesys) for Atari 2600
Game Collection -- Game Commercials -- Favorite Game: Secret of Mana

It's true that it got good ratings, but nowadays I don't hear it mentioned that much.

Where's Rise Of The Robots? That was a bad one. Street Combat and Weaponlord were bad too.
