    Default Japanese Megadrive Games List?

    Hey,

Are there any plans for a full Japanese Megadrive Games/Rarity list?
Or does one already exist somewhere?

It would be excellent if one of these existed, plus had listings as to whether the game was released in PAL Euro or US NTSC formats under the same/different name...

Really into collecting Jap MD games at the moment

    What do you guys think?
Does anyone translate Kanji on here? for the game titles?

    Plans? Certainly!

It's a major effort and it will get done eventually. They said we'd never be able to get a complete Super Famicom list together and just lookit! We're also chipping away at FM Towns Marty and Pippin. The big Japanese projects are Famicom (including FDS) and Mega Drive Japan. James Howe is doing a kick-ass job with the Euro Mega Drive guide, if he still has any energy left after that we'll bleed him dry into the Japan softs

    yeah, James is doing great

btw there are some easier lists to do before MD JAP, aren't there? like Saturn PAL or Mega CD PAL (which have together just a little over 300 games)

    Excellent

Is the Euro list for Megadrive incomplete as yet then?

Mega CD PAL would probably be easier... very few releases I believe..

The Euro MD list is complete (AFAIK), title-wise, but there's still a few details like release years, part numbers etc to fill in for some titles. It's getting there

I've got a pretty complete Jap gamelist (ripped from a Japanese site), but haven't really the time/knowledge to do much work with it. I know Ed Obscuro was putting something together on his website, but I can't find the link at the moment (it's not the site in his profile).
If anyone wants a copy of the list I've got, PM me your email address.

I've also got a PAL MegaCD list (again, 97 titles including the 32X/MegaCD combos) that I've been meaning to do some work with. It's on the 'to-do' list, but will have to wait until the MD list is done.

aaah those 97 include the combo games, great that's again a shorter way to go

Acturius (I think) has already done a great job with the Saturn PAL list - it's complete with rarities & values. Have a look...

There's a few more Euro consoles that still need covering (pre-NES in full detail, post-PSX & a few esoteric ones) but it all seems to be coming along nicely. Certainly much healthier than a year ago

I can probably do a crude non us nes list with pal and import as well as some of the pirates I have come across. I don't know if I still have it though, it may have gotten lost when my pc went to repair. I will check though
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

Check out my list of trades on GameTZ Link

For the PAL list - in the Online Rarity Guide pick 'Genesis' & 'Non-US Releases'.
I'm still working on the JP list, but it's coming along nicely (no rarity/pricing, though). Should have something submitted within a month or two.

Thought people might be interested to hear that the Japanese Mega Drive section has now been added - search for 'Genesis' & 'Non-US Releases'.
Consider this very much version 0.1 - if anyone can spot any errors or omissions, please let me know and you'll get a contributor's credit.

@ Anagrama: Yeah I've got a list...it's pretty crap right now though. I'd say the numbers (i.e. T-50000) are 95% correct but there could very well be a few that are off. Plus the list is rather small.

Somebody gave me a list a while back; it got bumped out of my PMs though :/

Heh, that was an early version of my list. The one online now is much improved over that.
