Just wondering if it's someone from here. This one will easily clear 200,000 yen. I wonder what they've cleared thier surrogate to bid.

No idea who's bidding but it always amazes me how high those go.....

It is amazing how a cd can go for that much money and it is not me because I do not have money to throw away like that right now.
Sorry Ryan, but your girlfriend is in another school.

Not mine.. I still follow the Yahoo Auctions, but there seem to be tons of whiteys driving up prices all over the place. There aren't the deals that used to be there a couple of years ago, or at least I haven't found them. What I really love are the whiteys that try and sell the common junk from North America on there.
Yeah, that's one aspect of the surrogate companeis I never thought of. If it's something a westerner has his eye on, he'll likely go higher... at least that would've been the case a few years ago. Now with everyone and their dogs sister selling on Ebay, the price spread is EXTREMELY modest these days.
One thing to remember, whoever's on th recieving end of the surrogate bid will be paying another $10 - $20 on top of the final bid, whereas JPN locals only pay another $5 or so. That might keep the single-game auctions down.
