Yes, this has been mentioned several times. There are no regions for GBA.

The only consideration is when linking to another GBA and you need a game pak each, the paks nearly always have to be from the same region...

Although to mention a possible exception, my U.S. and U.K Doom carts seem to work together just dandy.

I bet it's more of an issue if the two games are from US and Japan, or a different primary language than English, (German release? I think nearly all Euro games just have the five translations).
