I've got an APF MP1000. But I have a Mega CD that Says "Property of Sega of America" on it. No lockouts that I have seen...but then again did the Sega CD have lockouts?

Sega CD does have a lockout: You need a Mega Key or Super Key to play imports.

My rarest system would be the front loading NES that doesn't go blink-blink.

Next to that is my Vectrex.

I don't know how rare they are, but Japanese:

    Bandai TV Jack 5000
    Casio PV-1000 & PV-2000
    Epoch Cassettevision & Super Cassettevision
    Epoch PokeKon
    Gakken TV Boy
    Othello Multivision
    Sega SG-1000 & SG-1000 II

I love that old obscure stuff!

As for the US, maybe my Super Micro (Palmtex PVS) handheld, though it's not video. I don't have anything too rare in that regard... Maybe Vectrex or APF, or Coleco Telstar Arcade.

    Probably a couple of things:

    - PC-Engine LT
    - PC Engine Shuttle (HuCard-only system that looks a little like a Jag)
    - Sharp X1 Twin (Japanese computer with built-in PC Engine)
    - Boxed Atari Video Music (does this count? )
