Vectrex Link cable?

Did anyone else see the Vectrex Link cable being tested at CGE?
I noticed someone hooking up 2 Vectrex systems(behind the Decathlon tournament)
and a game that looked like Battlezone.

He was having trouble getting the cable to work,
but showed me that one Vectrex was recognizing the cable (on the screen).

Does anybody have some information on the Vectrex Link cable?
