Apparently their office space has been cleared out and is up for rent by the landlord, so another company who doesn't mind little "running man" Intellivision guys etched into the glass everywhere can snatch that place up.

This thing could not be deader. It's a shame, I liked what they were doing with the machine, but yet again another group of people wanting to make a new console didn't realize how much money and resources it takes to get a video game system to market.

Hey all I said was the trademark could be renewed if they desired. Could do that and still never come out, which by the way is how I've felt for awhile now. Once that article got written about their lack of progress I knew it was doomed.
