Prototype psone controller dtl-h500c

hi, recently got some psone items, got this controller , it is gray with six buttons on the left, two small buttons in the upper middle and a four way button on the right, look like it will plug into a compu40ter, marked on white plug sony, only marking on the controller itself is the back , DTL-H500C CONTROLLER SERIAL NO. 40977,any help on the value would be appreciated, thanks a lot!!!!
