Is that when you unscrew the top of an old frontloading NES console, and if you just set it on there, why does it seem it works better (as in, not as many flashing games/grabled graphics/blue screens) I mean, I did that by accident a long time ago, and it seems to work about 80% of the time now.

If you are simply removing the case cover, I cannot imagine how that could help.

however, it's good that your NES works 80% of the time. If sacrificing a chicken works, what the heck? I like chicken...

it's been a while since i've messed with actually taking a front loader apart.......i got sick of that real fast and bought a top loader.....i'm not a patient person.......now i get ticked if it doesn't work first try ..........anyways.....is there a lip.......that would cause the cart to be slightly pushed up when the screws are loose? if so then that would cause it to work better...........i think anyways.....
