NES composite video problems...

as the title says im having some video issues with the composite output. I used to run the nes (its been in a box for the last 3 years or so) from the RF switch and had no problems, but that is gone now and im trying to run it from composite but its pretty badly garbled. I did my best to try and take some pictures, the best way I can describe it is there are a lot of diagonal lines running through the picture, but its offset in some place too.

any advice?

The video bus runs through the cartridge connector. Try cleaning it, reseating it and/or retensioning it.

Also make sure your composite cable is good.

yup. I bent the bottom pins up and the picture is 100% perfect!! thanks!!
