Characters from Defunct companies folded into popular Comics....

Im trying to create a list of all characters from different deceased companies or bought outright that are now either in DC or Marvel issues. Im leaving out their respected villains cause obviously they came along with the heroes (Therefore no Mr. Mind or Dr. Sivana on this list). Only Characters that have been revived significantly, like DC owns the Golden Arrow but they have never revived the character or reprinted his stories, therefore he doesnt make the cut.

I did some searching and can't find any articles regarding this.

As for your list of Charlton characters, you should add Nightshade, Judomaster, and Sarge Steel. For the Quality heroes, add in The Red Bee and Firebrand. (All DC)

I need to edit that actually, I was reading the most recent character list and there is a marvel Shadowhawk, that happens to look similar to the image version, but is unrelated I guess. So as far as Marvel characters that were acquired from other companies......is there any?

Marvel has a single character from Charlton comics, Spider Queen, which appeared briefly in a few 80s comics and may have since been sold off.

Does Static count? Belonged to Milestone and was then merged into DC. I know that Milestone had a distribution/promotion deal with DC, but I'm not actually sure if they owned Milestone in anyway.
