i bought a snes with the flap where you put in the game missing. i also have a broken snes with the flap. can someone plz tell me how hard it would be to swap the flap into place so it looks good as new?

Not hard at all. Just switch the tops if they're in similar cosmetic condition. Otherwise you'll have to take a few things apart but it shouldn't be too complex.
Don't see why it would take you more than 5-10 minutes.
