Default Another of those "what game am i talking a bout" posts!

so I got an email at work, and I had a consumer asking me about a PS1 title he played, and he had me completely stumped...

he said it was a turn based strategy game on hexagon (or pentagon..yeah..) shaped grid maps, and you can play 2 player and summon monsters to fight... and it was sorta on a chess board?

i was thinking archon, but i know that is not on the PS1, I went through our entire list of ps1 titles and cannot figure out what he may have been talking about? any ideas?

It sounds like Master of Monsters to me. There was a PS1 version of that.

I have to agree with Kupo.

From the description, Unholy War was the first game that came to mind.
If a god is willing to prevent evil, but not able, then he is not omnipotent. If he is able, but not willing, then he must be malevolent. If he is both willing and able, then why is there evil? If he is neither able or willing then why call him a god?
