So is this the first US C64 game on the VC?
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?
Great news on that, The Lost Stars was always a favorite of mine. It's as if Wonder Boy made a pit stop in the Alex Kidd universe. The game also has one of the most amazingly out of place and offensive sprites in all of kiddie game history - a naked punk with a blue mohawk shitting out skulls in the middle of the third level. The whole game is trippy, but at that point specifically you really have to wonder what SEGA was smoking. I'll definitely be getting this one.

Today's VC releases are the following:
Bomberman'94 - TG-16 700 Wii points
Detana!! Twinbee - TG-16 700 Wii points
The source is http://press.nintendo.com/articles.jsp?id=17827 .
This is our import week for TG-16 games.
Bomberman' 94 for the TG-16 is the same game as Mega Bomberman for the Sega Genesis. The only difference is Bomberman'94 has 5 players and Mega Bomberman has 4 players.
Detana!! Twinbee is a shoot'em up.
I played Mega Bomberman and it is a great game. I assume Boberman'94 is just as good as a result.
Twinbee and Clu Clu Land looks interesting,i hope those games will be available in the US's Wii Virtual Console lineup/selection soon..
.................................................. ......................
Clu Clu Land already was released in the US's Wii virtual console lineup. It was released on September 1, 2008. The proof is http://www.vc-reviews.com/games/nes/clu_clu_land . That link shows the USA release Date.

Europe got The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask for the vc.
The source is http://www.nintendolife.com/news/200...ajoras_mask_eu . That site I linked is formerly known as vc-reviews.com
Japan will be getting Majora's Mask next week. The Source is http://www.nintendolife.com/news/200...ril_2009_japan .
This means North America may or may not be getting the game soon. There is no info on when the game gets release in North America yet.
What vc emulation info on Majora's mask is found on http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthre...346622&page=49 is the following:
1.) Majora's Mask doesn't have no framerate issues
2. Doesn't have the freeze problems as the Collector's edition for Gamecube has.
3.) The vc version of Majora's Mask has very very occasional sound stuttering or crackling, normally when a new area or cutscene has to load.
This info is from some Wii owner in Europe or Australia that has downloaded the game on the vc,
This info could be useful when Majora's Mask gets released.

What is the real name of the Art Style game? I've seen three different subtitles. Aquia, Aquario, and Aquite. In the video in the link you gave, it says Aquario on the games main screen.
"Tell her you want to slide a hot throbbing cartridge in her warm tight console port. And if it starts blinking and flashing to just slide it back out and blow on it a little."--Sothy
With my free 1000 points, I got Warioware and Art Style Aquia. I love that when you download something it shows up gift wrapped
Wow. I beat Wario Ware. That took... 5 minutes? It was pretty fun, but I'd be pissed if I spent 5 bucks on that.
I read a quick review after buying it and they said the following:
I agree 100%. Do not waste 500 points on this. We shouldn't have to pay for a short tech demo. The presentation is a classic WarioWare affair, ranging from attractive cartoon stylings to childish scribbles, to Nintendo-themed microgames (although the only one this time around is the coin-grab). The sound is also as wacky and catchy as it usually is, making the game seem like a strong package for a downloadable game. However, on that note, we should re-iterate that this package only consists of 20 easily beaten microgames (when previous games in the series have not had below 180). The cost of the game is only 500 points, but for a game that could conceivably be beaten under ten minutes, it becomes a little puzzling why this wasn't offered as a free download.
And I tried playing Aquia. What the hell was that? I have no idea what the hell I was doing. I played level one and beat it, but I have no idea what the goal was. It took like 5 or 6 frustrating minutes.
edit: I played Aquia a little more, it's pretty fun actually. It's hard to describe but I *think* I've figured it out. It's well worth the 500 points![]()

Uncharted Waters: New Horizons is a strategy game.
This is somewhat of a surprise since Europe got Majora's Mask on Friday and Japan is getting Majora's Mask on Tuesday. I don't have an answer to when Majora's Mask will get released in North America for sure.
