Who's in Vegas before and after CGE and for how long?

Last year I came in on Thursday afternoon and had Friday free (I wound up sleeping the whole day thanks to a 30 hour non stop drive followed by a 14 hour blackjack marathon. God I love Vegas), and I left on Monday evening. I plan on doing the same thing, or similar, so I'm going to have a free day on Friday. Aside from helping out with some CGE stuff and hopefully attending some preshow goodness, I've got some free time. Should we arrange to go to the ST Exp. or something? Who's in?

I'll be arriving sometime aroud 4:30 PM on friday and leaving about 11:30 PM on Sunday. I'll probably just try to sneak into the expo early if they're still setting up, or catch up with the crew after they're done with teh alumni dinner.

I'll be driving to Vegas on my b-day Wednesday, spending Thursday and Friday, and I think driving back Monday. Nice vacation, I get to be a geek for six days (four there and two driving

I know the feeling - I had to fight like hell to get the days off to make it. There was no way in hell I was gonna give up and spend those days sitting around at home. That was pretty much the "go" or "no go" for launch right there, getting what vacation time I got. I think I have Tuesday off too, but I'll spend that at home rest, recovering, going through photos 'n' video, and writing up a retrospective page for my site.

I get in at 3 on Friday and leave at 12 on Monday. I probably should have stayed an extra day, but I'd rather spend the money on games to bring back with me.

FYI to Friday folks: please don't come to the doors asking to come in unless you're an exhibitor or signed up as a volunteer through the CGE site. There were way too many people hanging around the site while the vendors were setting up. We had some complaints last year, also it's distracting to the set-up process. I really want to work and get it over with so I can chat and have fun on the weekend!

Just thought I'd mention this so you can plan your day accordingly!

Wednesday night/Thursday morning depending on how anxious I get and leaving Tuesday evening. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Arriving mid-Friday afternoon and leaving early Monday morning. I'm driving to Vegas this year and so I always like leave early in the morning (something I learned from watching the Great Santini).

I should hit Vegas Friday afternoon and will be leaving Sunday morning or so. The plan is to be home on Monday night since someone in my party needs to get back to work... but I plan on taking 2 more days off just to play all the stuff I get from there!

Fro some reasons, the air+hotel pkg is cheaper coming early on Thur rather than Fri and also cheaper leaving Mon. I've started planning where to eat, else not much.
