Vectrex - replacement dust cover?

I've been trying to price official Vectrex dust covers on eBay - the price that they go for is consistently high.

Does anyone have an idea for DIY or replacement dust covers? I'd like something see-through if possible.

I have one of the Vectrex covers, they're pretty good and worth the money.

I'd love one for just a Genesis Model 1. Mine collects dust like you wouldn't believe, every time I go to play it there's an inch-thick layer of dust on it, it seems to just suck it in from across the room.
