We'll be driving up with a car full of stuff. I hadn't planned on bringing my JAMMA test bed though. I'll have to see how much room we have and make a last minute decision.

Although I'm wondering if I can build a smaller, more portable test rig. Hmmm... I do have a 9" Sony TV studio monitor I picked up that has RGB, component, composite, and S-Video inputs. Hmmm...

But... back to your board. Do you get ANY video? The board is odd in that it has a 57Hz refresh rate and a 640 x 480 resolution. Makes me wonder if it's either a VGA resolution board or if it's standard resolution running interlaced and the 57Hz refresh rate is freaking out your TV.

I've heard that it has a weird video-out that only some monitors will support, but when I checked KLOV before it didn't seem any different than most.

I get no video at all... Not even a flicker.

It is probably the largest PCB I own, so if you think you could take a look at some point, I'll make some room for it and bring it up.

    Later.

Ooh, you're bringing JAMMA boards? Good thing I'll have my own Supergun working by then.

I just put together 22 Colecovision A/V kits and am modifying another console to bring to the sale. It'll have A/V outs, dual BIOS, and +5v only DRAM.

As I do the dual BIOS install and the +5v only DRAM install, I'll be taking pictures to create instructions and will be assembling the parts into kits that I'll bring with me too.

Did the banner get updated with the correct dates yet? I want to add it to my blog site, but the dates still show for last year.

Totally will bring some PAL, pal. I do have a bunch of spare PAL, and a significant amount of PAL-M (Brazilian) stuff. I'll try to bring some of both. Yay! As far as schmups, I'm not sure what generation you want your schmups for, but it I will try to keep that in mind.

Both PAL and PAL-M is great for me, loose or boxed. The cheesier the better!

Shmups, I'm currently looking to complete the PS1 and DC runs, but I'm also starting on Genesis and SNES. Other systems are welcome as well, but I have a good number for the older generation and I think I have everything post DC.

I'm also always looking for really oddball systems, but I'm trying to not buy anything loose unless it's painfully rare.

FYI, ticket pre-orders end around March 9th! If you are planning on coming up and haven't pre-ordered yet, now is the time to do so. For the time being, pre-orders still receive a voucher for a goodie bag which you can pick up at the show.

    Later.
