That's not perfect though, not all games are in that list and it lists all Genesis and 32X games with saving as "battery-backed RAM", even the ones that actually have FRAM or EEPROM chips (ie on-cart saving without a battery). See the list I linked earlier for a complete list of those. It is pretty nice to have that resource, though, to help make lists...
Anyway, here's a random selection of SNES games with battery backup. It's very far from complete. (Not listing BS (Satellaview) games so far)

I edited this, bolding the titles that are known to use EEPROM or FRAM instead of SRAM, and thus do NOT use battery backup for their on-cart saving.
Basically Sega released some EEPROM games, though most of its games with saving had batteries, and, in 1994-1995, some FRAM games, though again some others, in 1994 at least, had batteries. You can't tell which save type is used by trying to save in an emulator or something, to the system they are essentially the same... it's a bit more difficult than that.
Titles not in your list that should be added (sort of):
32X category:
Virtua Racing Deluxe (only the Japanese version supports saving, and it is FRAM)
Genesis category:
Blockbuster World Videogame Championship II (NBA Jam T.E. portion) (EEPROM)
Mega Man: The Wily Wars (Europe/Japan only title on physical cart; all European copies of the game, and the second ([alt] rom) release of the Japanese version, use EEPROM. The original Japanese release uses SRAM (battery).
Micro Machines 2 (Europe exclusive title) (EEPROM)
Micro Machines '96 (Europe exclusive title) (EEPROM)
Micro Machines Military (Europe exclusive title) (EEPROM)
Brian Lara/Shane Warne Cricket (Europe/Australia exclusive title) (EEPROM)
Deleted from list: Sonic 3 & Knuckles -- this just uses the save chip on the Sonic 3 cartridge, even if it does use separate save slots from Sonic 3 alone, so I would not count it on the list. Sonic & Knuckles does not save by itself, only the two combined, through the Sonic 3 save chip.
Thank you very much for these lists.

Could someone please confirm that Star Trek: 25th Anniversay for the NES has a save feature/battery? I'm not talking about a password system.

I've been having some problems with my Phantasy Star II cart. It let me save up to the point where I was at level 9, but no matter what I do, it won't let me save past that. The each of the last two nights I played it for two hours grinding to level 11 and the next time I booted the game up after saving it said there was a problem with the data and it either recovered the save state where I was level 9 or lost the file completely. Does that mean the battery is a goner? I'm confused because it's still able to remember when I was at level 9. I feel like it's too big of a coincidence for it to lose the file twice.
